昨日の夜、雑誌を読んでたんだけど、日本人のライフスタイルが変わってきてるっていう記事があったの。
みんなコンビニみたいなところで食事を買って、家で料理はしないっていうのよ。どう思う？
食事のことって言えばね、平日は私もいつも朝食抜きで、代わりにランチをたくさん食べちゃうの。
やっぱり１日３食って重要なことだと思う？
あとその記事にはね、既婚男性が以前よりもずっと家事に協力的になってるって。どうしてこんなことになるのか考えられる？
